Katie Delahaye Paine, aka The Measurement Queen (@queenofmetrics), has pioneered in measurement for 30 years. She founded two measurement companies, KDPaine & Partners and The Delahaye Group. Her books, Measure What Matters and Measuring Public Relationships are must-reads. Her latest book, written with Beth Kanter, Measuring the Networked Nonprofit: Using Data to Change the Worldwon the 2013 Terry McAdam Book Award. Her company, Paine Publishing, is the first educational publisher dedicated to making more Measurement Mavens. Its newsletter, The Measurement Advisor, is the industry’s most complete information source about measurement best practices. Katie designs measurement dashboards for today’s most admired companies. In 2013, the Society of New Communications Research named her “Fellow of the Year” for her social media research. Recently, Katie made the “25 women who rock social media” list by Lee Odden’s Online Marketing Blog. Katie is a Senior Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research. She was also a founder of the Institute for Public Relations Measurement Commission. She is on the Advisory Board for the International Public Relations Research Conference.
