How long does my membership last?

Your membership will last one calendar year from the date of your purchase.

How long after I purchase a membership will I be able to register for webinars and view videos?

Immediately after purchasing your membership.

What does my PR University membership give me access to?

Access to register for upcoming webinars, watch webinars on-demand, and get exclusive content – for an entire year!

Can I access PR Univerisity on my mobile device?

Yes. You will have access to all PR University content on a mobile device including LIVE webinars. To participate in the LIVE webinars you will need to download the “gotowebinar” app for your mobile device.

What if I have technical issues?

If you can’t view the videos, you will need to contact your IT department or network security and make sure you are not blocked from doing so.

Both of these domains require ports 80 and 443 (for https traffic). It is important that firewall rules operate on domains, and not IP addresses, as IP addresses are subject to change (based on cloud scalability best practices). If you have other technical issues, you may contact our Web department by going into your Member Center and submitting a question through the Member Support box.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time but you will not receive a refund. You will continue to have access to all of the PR University content until your year of membership expires.

Is there a limit to how many videos I can watch in one day?

No, there is no limit to how many videos you can watch in one day.

Is my membership restricted in any way?

Yes. Memberships are set up for single user access unless you have registered for a multiple access account or a site license. PR University prohibits more than one person to be logged in simultaneously to the same account.

How do I reset my password?

Once you are in your Member Center, click the “Edit” button in the Member Information box. Then you will click “Request new password” and password reset instructions will be sent to the email address you have on file.
