Jolanta Oliver joined McDonald’s in July 2017 as director of global social media intelligence. Prior to McDonald’s, Oliver worked for two years at Foresight ROI, where she provided strategic consulting in social intelligence and digital measurement to consumer packaged goods (CPG) organizations. Oliver helped improve profit ROI of marketing and shopper marketing activities by 10-30 percent through optimization strategies. Before Foresight ROI, Oliver spent sixteen years at Kraft Foods in analytics, CRM, innovation and consumer relations. More recently, she led the social intelligence team and provided subject matter expertise and thought leadership on social media insights, research and analytics, social KPI measurement, command center technology, SMMS vendor management, social listening training and best practices.
